PROVIDED AT KOISENCE HEALTH CARE

Abstract:
Employee or laboure welfare is one of important factor which should be given important in all
the organization as employee welfare is one of the important tool which help the organization
to enhance the performance of the employee, enhance the standard living and keep them
happy. Employee welfare and other benefits motivate the employees to work hard and for
better performance, it also boosts up employee morale and improves human relations and
thereby it increases the job satisfaction of the employees and organizational performance. Job
satisfaction is one of the important concept and tool which enhance work quality. As effective
employee welfare facility helps to maintain good relationship between employee and employer

The present study aims to identify the employee welfare facilities practiced in medical industry.
It aims to find the employee’s satisfaction level at work place and its relation with productivity
and commitment to enhance the work quality. The study also focuses on various statutory
welfare provision designed for different sector of industry. The researcher attained to
formulate best welfare practices for improving the well being of employee. descriptive research
design and questioner method is used in present study. As in this research the male and female
employee has been considered without any discrimination

This study aims at researching “what welfare facilities motivates the employee to perform their
task in effective and efficient “a thorough literature review will be conducted through books
journals and internet sources using the correct preference.primary data will be conducted through
open ended and close ended questionnaires.pie charts and histogram are some of the analysis tool
that will be used and finding will be elaborated accordingly.

Employee welfare and safety has seen as one of the important measures of organization as it
plays a important role in enhancing and developing the performance of organization. As it
place a important tool to comfort employee and enhance the performance of organization and
to achieve organization and individual goals. As effective welfare policy by organization Leeds
to play effective role in the life of employee as they motivated to work hard and smart .as the
organization should take a effective steps in employee safety and welfare

and enhance the work quality and enhance employee relation

The concept of employee welfare is necessarily in organization as employee is one of the


important element in running the organization in effective .employee Welfare includes under it
“Such services, facilities and amenities as adequate canteens, rest and recreational facilities,
sanitary and medical facilities, arrangements for the travel to and from and for the
accommodation of workers employed at a distance from their homes, and such other services,
amenities and social facilities including security measures as contributing to conditions under
which workers are employed. As welfare not only refereed to provide facility like housing bonus
incentive ect . but also enhancing the skill and knowledge of the employee as skilled employee
lead to enhance the standard of work quality which support the organization and economic

As to analyze problem involved in welfare measures that can be resolve through this
study. which resolve the problem between employee and employer

The study can be used to analyze and bring out the solution for the problem faced by the
employees in organization towards welfare measures

With this study the organization can evaluate the satisfaction level of employee with the

To determine the awareness and level of satisfaction of the employees towards the
welfare measures followed by the organization working conditions and social security
schemes provided by kiosence health care private limited.

To understand the performance appraisal implemented in the organization

SECONDARY OBJECTIVE
To identify the various welfare facilities provided to the employees.

To analyze the satisfaction level towards the welfare measures by organization

To analyze and understand how welfare measures improve the effectiveness of employee
in work quality in organization

To understand the employee expectations on welfare schemes from an organization

To know the working environment and comfort level of the employees.

The study help in making awareness among the employees about the employee welfare

environment

awareness about the welfare measures and working conditions and social security schemes.
As it motivate employee to work effectively

the organization need to take effective policy for employee job security .as it ensure
employee safety

As the organization need to take effective steps to avoid discrimination in organization as it


increases the comfort zone which invree the productivity in organization

As there should be effective recreational facilities in organization

As the organization need to provide effective extra mural facility to employee

As the organization need to conduct regular meeting with the employee and check the
comfort zone in organization

As the organization need to make effective transport facility .and effective security to those
who work at night

The Organization should make regular check up in canteen for cleanness and healthy food
As the organization need to have library facility to enhance the knowledge of employee
