The present study aims to identify the employee welfare facilities practiced in medical industry.
It aims to find the employee’s satisfaction level at work place and its relation with productivity
and commitment to enhance the work quality. The study also focuses on various statutory
welfare provision designed for different sector of industry. The researcher attained to
formulate best welfare practices for improving the well being of employee. descriptive research
design and questioner method is used in present study. As in this research the male and female
employee has been considered without any discrimination
This study aims at researching “what welfare facilities motivates the employee to perform their
task in effective and efficient “a thorough literature review will be conducted through books
journals and internet sources using the correct preference.primary data will be conducted through
open ended and close ended questionnaires.pie charts and histogram are some of the analysis tool
that will be used and finding will be elaborated accordingly.

involvement and participation.

industrial peace.

As to analyze problem involved in welfare measures that can be resolve through this
study. which resolve the problem between employee and employer
The study can be used to analyze and bring out the solution for the problem faced by the
employees in organization towards welfare measures
With this study the organization can evaluate the satisfaction level of employee with the
welfare measures followed in organization
This study will also help the organization and organisetion to reduce the job problems,
increase motivational activities and develop the employees in A way that their career
goals are achieved.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To determine the awareness and level of satisfaction of the employees towards the
welfare measures followed by the organization working conditions and social security
schemes provided by kiosence health care private limited.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVE
To identify the various welfare facilities provided to the employees.
To analyze and understand how welfare measures improve the effectiveness of employee
in work quality in organization
The study help in making awareness among the employees about the employee welfare
measures provided in the organization
The study was purely depend on the information provided by the employees.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Meaning of Research
In this study the design applied was descriptive method. This study describes the factors that
lead to the performance appraisal system existing in KIOSENCE HEALTH CARE PRIVATE
LIMITRD.
DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH
The study deals with descriptive research type. It includes surveys and fact-finding and
generating valuable information. The major purpose of descriptive research is description of the
data into valuable information.
As the Data was Collected from the employee through questionnaires, personal interviews and
discussions with officials and manager at kiosence health care private limited.

As primary data was collected from the employee from Kiosence health care pvt ltd.as 50
employee are considered for the project

Secondary data was collected from the internet and organization records and websites.
