Practice :
This 4 seconds is merely a guideline. Many people experimented with different time intervals.
I was doing a 10 sec time interval on the fourfold prana meditation when I received new insights.
Just for the record, I had that day been practicing how to write the name of ‘Thoth’ in hieroglyphs.
You see that I here included 4 sephiroth to each ‘world’. Each world is characterized by 2 opposite forces who
are brought into equilibrium, a source, and an output.
This overview is drawn from my interpretations of ‘The Mystical Qabalah’ – Dione Fortune. She was the first to
succeed in delivering me such an overview.
1. Kether : This is the first point where negative existence is pushed into existence.
2. Chokmah : The existence in motion.
3. Binah : The stability of the existence to be found when the existence meets itself (Einstein).
[Because a state of stability implies that sooner or later this will break up again,
Death is assigned to Binah]
4. Gedulah : Grouped stability grouped by the law of attraction
5. Gedurah : Breaking up of the grouped stability
6. Tiphareth : Dividing of the grouped stability like a light shining through a prisma
7. Netzach : Divided forces.
8. Hod : Created forms to fit the forces
9. Yesod : Different forms filled with forces.
10. Malkuth: Physical manifestation of Yesod.
REVEALING THOUGHTS
Breath in
Kether is defined as point where negative existence is pushed into existence. Also defined as a pressure point.
When we open our longs the pressure of the air fills our lungs with air.
1. ‘air’ is pushed in the lungs by means of pressure
2. ‘air’ is moving from macrocosmos into microcosmos
3. ‘air’ particles
Hold Breath
We use our throat to hold in the air. Since Da’ath is sometimes referred to as throat we don’t have to look far.
With the closing of the throat the ‘air’ is sealed of the exterior. The body is fully aware of the content. This is
why in Da’ath the first signs of consciousness appear. Da’ath is also known as ‘knowledge’.
Breath Out
6. After transmutation [Tiph] we breath out transmutated ‘air’.
[Tranmutation from ‘air’ into multiple other particles]
[Transmutated ‘air’ is flowing from microcosmos into macrocosmos]
Hold
Based on 2 concepts :
The prana meditation sequence shows that Tiphareth is a turning point! This leads to the following diagram
The traditional diagram should not be read from top to bottom. One should consider Tiphareth as a turning
point back ‘upwards’. From Tiphareth ‘creation’ follows the same way back.
fig. 8. Tiphareth as new Kether illustrated.
The sephiroth 8’ & 7’ are never shown on a traditional tree. But with some logic we can learn about their
nature.
Our formative world is contained of 8’ and 7’. If these 2 are in equilibrium our creations are manifested.
Malkuth[Micro] is related to Tiphareth[Macro]. If 8’ and 7’ are equally balanced our ‘creations’ will be formed
into the physical world!
As the meditation helps wonderfully in understanding the process of creation. We might as well use the
experience to examine how the power of speech might work.
Breathing out
What might possibly be uttered when breathing out?
right, speech
Hermetic principle
‘Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates’
It is known that with the use of words people can cause other people to cry, get angry, be happy, feel good.
By controlling speech we can change the vibration of our ‘archetypal world’ [breathing out]
By writing down hieroglyphs we create a vessel for our thoughts. Reading these glyphs causes these thoughts
to appear in Yesod[Micro].
