Representing a quantum technological leap in fibres, our high performance polymer macro-fibres are made from a revolutionary material that
offers the long-term performance of steel fibres at a lower dosage rate.

The unique sinusoidal, wavelike shape of each fiber serves to anchor it firmly within the concrete. At the same time, the design of the fibres
allows for addition at a much higher rate per unit volume, infusing the concrete with added levels of toughness, energy absorption and durability.

In addition, macro-synthetic fibres provide an added measure of crack control without the risk of corrosion associated with steel. When used in
shotcrete applications, these high-tech fibres provide increased adhesion, so you'll not only experience less rebound and waste, you will be able
to apply thicker layers of concrete in one pass.

Novomesh 850 is a blend of steel fibres and high performance Fibermesh micro synthetic fibres in one bag.

Novomesh 950 is a blend of high performance macro synthetic fibres and Fibermesh micro synthetic fibres in one bag.

FORTA-FERRO® is an easy-to-finish, colour blended fibre, made of 100% virgin copolymer/ polypropylene consisting of a twisted bundle non-
fibrillating monofilament and a fibrillating network fibre, yielding a high-performance concre
 te reinforcement system.

FORTA-FERRO® is used to reduce plastic and hardened concrete shrinkage, improve impact strength, and increase fatigue resistance and
concrete toughness. This extra heavy-duty fibre offers maximum long-term durability, structural enhancements, and effective
secondary/temperature crack control by incorporating a truly unique synergistic fibre system of long length design.

FORTA-FERRO® is non-corrosive, non-magnetic, and 100% alkali proof.

This patented fibre is actually a blend of two fibres:

 a standard fibrillated polypropylene fibre to reduce and control shrinkage and temperature cracking, and
 a very heavy-duty twisted-bundle monofilament fibre made of a strong synthetic copolymer, to increase load-transfer and post-crack
performance.
This pre-blended fibre at dosages of 3 – 4.5kg per cubic metre of concrete provides a much higher residual strength than other synthetic fibres.

FORTA-FERRO®, which means "Strong As Steel", is also extremely user friendly, having gained a reputation as the best mixing and finishing
fibre of its kind in the industry.
