Best Stainless is proud to offer type 410 QDT stainless steel bars,
suitable for petrochemical applications such as oilfield sour gas
hydrogen sulfide (H2S) services. Each bar is double tempered to relieve
internal stresses and to guarantee that no untempered martensite
remains in the steel. Best Stainless 410 QDT stainless steel bars boast a
minimum yield strength of 80 KSI and a hardness of RC22 max. These
attributes are in compliance with standards set for H2S-containing
environments, NACE MR0175 and/or MR0103. 410 QDT SS bars also
meet AP1 6A standards, making them optimal for resisting corrosion
during petrochemical applications such as sour gas H2S services.

Materials are manufactured and certified to the latest revision of these following specifications:

AISI 410-UNS S41000 (chem. only) Carbon: 0.08-0.15*

QQS 763F (chem. only) Manganese: 0.40-1.0*
ASTM A276/479/484 (chem. only) Phosphorus: 0.020 max.*
ASME SA276/479/484 (chem. only) Silicon: 0.15-0.50*
ASTM A-370 (testing) Chromium: 12.5-13.5*(aim 13 min)
NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156-3, NACE MR 0103 Sulfur: 0.005 max.*
API 6A PSL-3, ISO 10423 Columbium: 0.05 max*
EN 10204 3.1 Iron: Balance*
Molybdenum: 0.50 max*
*Materials conform to all requirements of the above listed Nitrogen: 0.10 max*
specifications, except as modified as noted below; Nickel: 0.50 max*
Copper: 0.25 max*
