 “SAN Radiators” are natural choice for integral
part of your Power / Distribution Transformers.
The unique flute design offers clear advantages over the other radiators through its
enhanced surface which provides outstanding heat transfer efficiency. In addition, our
flute design provides increased mechanical strength, thereby reducing the vibration and
noise levels. “SAN Radiators” are available in different types and different sizes as per
the industrial needs.

We offer: Flange Type Radiators, Weldable Type Radiator, “T” Type Radiator, Offset
Type Radiator, Any Special Type required for Transformer Industry

Quality: We use good quality CRCA coil of Grade “D” as per IS 513. All our fins are
manufactured to the highest accuracy using state of the art automatic Roll forming
machine. The seam welding is done in our state of the art automatic dual seam welding
machine, which ensures the quality of the welding to the highest standards. Finally the
Radiator is assembled in a state of the art Setting Table, which ensures the highest
accuracy in alignment of fins, header pipe, flanges and all measurements. All welding
are done externally to avoid water pockets or any contaminations inside the radiator.
MIG weld is done using very experienced Welders in the field. Complete radiator is
tested for leak in leak tank submerged in Water under pressure using 2 kg/cm2
compressed air as per IS 9902:2004 standard.

To ensure the quality of fins, all our individual fins

are pressure tested before assembling at 2 kg/cm2
air pressure as per IS 9902:2004 standard
Surface Preparation: All our radiators are cleaned for spatter free and Grid blasted as
per IS SA 2 ½ for better surface finish, better paint adhesion and ensures corrosion
free.

Inner Coating: Inner surface of the radiator is cleaned with compressed air for any
contaminations if any. Then the header pipes are cleaned by magnet insertion to ensure
it free from magnetic particles and then flushing the radiator with Synthetic Enamel Oil
Resistant Air Drying Varnish by complete pressure filling and draining.

Surface Finishing: Final painting is done using spray painting or Flood Painting or as
per customer specifications.
