Contenuti del corso

This teaching asks students to actively think about the relation between design practices and design thinking.
Students are invited to work on concepts and imageries which guide each project, and which need to be structured
and defined through iconographic research and a representative title.
The teaching will clarify the relation between Concept Design and the making of a portfolio, and it will also deal with
Concept Design and its relations with Fashion Curating (and self-curating as well).

Metodi didattici
Frontal lessons, special lectures, exercises.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento

The exam will consider all the exercises and assignments during the teaching. The exam will be an oral interview on
a selection of the bibliographical references made by the student and on the issues and examples discussed in
class. A team exercise devoted to a fashion editorial will be part of the evaluation as well.
