• Torque wrench use the 4 point bolt (Certainly) • Valve Clearance large
- Cyl’ Head Bolt - Noise
- Crank shaft cap Bolt - Black Smoke
- Connecting Rod Cap Bolt - Over Heating

- Fly wheel Bolt - E/G Overload

• E/G Oil mixing on coolant • Valve Clearance Small


- Head gasket Damaged - Push rod bending
- Oil Cooler damage - Tappet & Cam fast wear
- Piston Head Damage
• Coolant mixing on E/G oil

- Radiator core stopped - E/G starter after rapidity acceleration
- Coolant insufficiency -> E/G start after 5 minute acceleration
- Radiator Mounting side Sponge removal - Overload work after rapidity stop
- Radiator Shroud removal -> Idle after 5 minute stop
- Cooling Fan turn assembly
• Oil spray nozzle pipe broken
- Fan belt tension loosen
- Piston overheating
- Thermostat problem
- Piston & Liner sticking
