we will need a cup

 1 egg
 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
 4 tablespoons of milk
 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
 1 teaspoon baking powder

then mix very well, and now only for 3 to 5 minutes in the micro.
