Complicated:
-involving a lot of different processes or aspects
-Complicatedness can be reduced by analysis or plans
(Complex:
-a lot of details or small parts that make it difficult to understand or deal with)
Innovative:
-inventing or using new ideas, methods, equipment etc
-Iterative approach
Behavior:
-Dealing with people
-Communicative approach, discuss subjects
-Get a consensus

Short definition in the charter. More detailed definition now.
For a project it is essential to define clear objectives. Everyone has to know the
objectives you have to meet.

Maybe: Sketch the hierarchy of objectives on flipchart

To check whether an objective is clearly defined, you may ask:


“How will we recognize that we have reached the objective?”
