1. The deployment of the Project team will be from 14th of May onwards.

2. Project timeline to be shared with EPCL Project team and Level-II project timeline to be
developed.
3. Project Manager from Oreint will visit the plant twice during the commissioning phase of the
project.
4. The project team shall comply with EPCL safety standards i.e. full compliance of PPEs to be
done.
5. Safety supervisor will be Orient Team, will be monitoring all the safety aspects during the
project commissioning phase.
6. Isometrics drawings to be finalized with EPCL projects and Inspection team.
7. Material testing plan to be shared. (Resp. Vendor).
8. Inspection testing plan to be shared.
9. Chlorination equipment to be witnessed by EPCL personals, for making sure that the
amendments requested have been done or not.
10. All projects personals CVs to be shared.
11. The Effect start of date of the project will be from the date at which PO was placed.
12. All points to be mentioned by Project team where scaffolding is to be done so that
arrangements can be made prior the job execution.
13. All necessary checks to be made before finalizing pipeline route to prevent the pipeline from
sagging.
