1. Subcontractors are required to do the survey and give the output with min. 3 options for the route, incl. survey
for the cable and duct route until OTB / Termination Location
2. The output result is completed As Plan Drawing and As Plan BoQ ( incl. civil design, cable drawing, optical core
schedule, link buget loss calculation etc.)
3. The route should be the shortest route, safe and ease to construct.
4. If the route is rejected, Subcontractors are required to re-do the survey without any additional charge. 1,463
5. The survey quantity will be calculated based on approved route and total km for trenching / boring.
6. The Documentation should be provided in 3 copies (softcopies and hardcopies).

1. Subcontractors are required to open handhole/manhole by using suitable tools and check the existing FO
backbone route according to customer data.
2. Subcontractor shall take the coordinate data and existing FO backbone route from customer data.
3. The output result is location existing Hand Hole and idle duct/subduct information, existing FO backbone
