Introduction

The Performance Management System envisages evaluation of Technical/Functional competencies of the executive
annually.
This document is to be used as a reference directory to identify competencies required for the effective discharge of various
roles and functions within a plant/project.
At the beginning of the assessment year during the Performance Planning phase, the executive and the reporting officer
should refer to this document to identify functional/technical most relevant to the executive’s position .
