 Instructions
Please note that it is MANDATORY TO BRING A PRINTED COPY of the downloaded Admit Card. Please read the
instructions mentioned in the ADMIT CARD carefully and bring only REQUIRED ADDITIONAL ITEMS as mentioned in the
Instructions. The Instructions mentioned are reproduced here for your convenience:

1. AIIMS, Jodhpur reserves the right to verify the identity and genuineness of each candidate by taking thumb
impression and photograph of the candidate or by other means.

2. Print downloaded Admit card on an A4 size paper using a laser printer. Admit Card is valid only if the candidate's
photograph and signature images are legibly printed.

3. Under no circumstances admission at the examination venue will be allowed without the Admit Card.

4. In order to get entrance into examination venue candidates must bring:

a. Printed ADMIT CARD of AIIMS Jodhpur (ALL CANDIDATES. No Exceptions)

AND

b. Photo ID card issued by the Competent Govt. Authority such as: PAN Card/Driving License/Bank Pass B o o k /
Elector's Photo ID Card (EPIC)/ Passport containing photograph of candidate. No photocopies will be accepted

5. Candidates must bring his/her 2 recent passport size coloured Photographs and afx on the desired location on
the Admit Card and Sign at the provided area in presence of the invigilator at the time of exam.

6. No candidate shall be allowed to bring Mobile Phones or any other means of Wireless Communication, either in the
working or switch-off mode, Calculators and any kind of Electronic Gadgets inside the Examination Hall. If any
candidate is found with any such articles in his/ her possession, his/ her candidature shall be cancelled
summarily and this will entail legal action. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur, will not provide any
arrangement for custody of such articles.

7. Any unruly behaviour/ disturbance at the Examination Hall will be viewed seriously and may entail disciplinary
proceedings against the concerned candidate.

8. No candidate will be allowed to carry any sort of watches/ jewellery / tie pin/ hair clips / lockets /pen /pencil / water
bottle or any other suspicious material of any kind.

9. Technical Assistant / Technician (Medical Lab Tech) examination will commence at 9:00 A. M. sharp. The
candidate should report at the examination venue at 07:30 A. M. The entry of the Main Gate will be closed at 08:30
A.M.

10. Please note that no arrangement would be provided for the safe custody of Mobiles, Bags etc. at the centre.

11. The Downloaded Admit card is valid only for the test date and session time as specied above.

12. Candidates attempting to appear for Examination for Recruitment of Technical Assistant / Technician (Medical Lab
Tech) at AIIMS Jodhpur more than once, will be disqualied from examination for the post of Technical Assistant /
Technician (Medical Lab Tech) of AIIMS, Jodhpur.

13. Copying or noting down questions is strictly prohibited and any such attempt will lead to disqualication of the
candidate.

14. Only Visually Handicapped (VH) candidates with equal to or more than 40% handicap and Cerebral Palsy Candidates
(who have already mentioned in their applications) will be provided Scribe assistance from the Institute, only if they
opt for same during making choice for their centre. The Institute will not be responsible to make any exception or
consideration if any candidate fails to declare same and make correct choice while making choice for his/her centre.

15. This does not give any guarantee for employment/admission. If it is found later at any stage that any candidate does
not full any of the conditions of eligibility as Advertised, his/her candidature will be cancelled.

16. Candidate should satisfy himself / herself that he / she fulls all the conditions of eligibility to avoid any disappoint.

17. Candidates are advised to locate their test centre and its accessibility at least a day before the test so that they can
reach the centre on time on the day of the test.

18. Friends and relatives accompanying the candidate will not be allowed inside the test centre.

19. Candidates need to make their own travel and stay arrangements for attending the test.

20. Request for change of test centre will NOT be entertained.

21. Examination centre is not responsible for safe keeping of your belongings at the centre.
22. Rough sheets and pens will be provided for calculation which must be returned after the test.
23. Jurisdiction for disputes, if any, is exclusively before competent courts at Jodhpur only.
