1.0. Scope of work: - Erection of Disk filter
a) Disk filter(Vat)
b) Hood( Side cover)
c) Knock off shower
d) Oscillating Shower
e) Drive of Oscillating Shower
f) Sluicing shower
g) Filtrate valve(3 port)
h) Sectors(100 nos of existing)
i) Sector holders( 50 nos of existing)
j) Main drive gear box
k) Screw conveyor
l) Screw conveyor drive
m) Fabrication and Erection of Discharge hopper(optional in lieu to screw conveyor)
n) Fabrication and Erection Barometric pipe line
o) Fabrication and Erection of platform & filter leg supporting structure
2.0. Duration:
Total job shall be completed within 25 days from site clearance
3.0 Commercial Offer
3.1 Price:-
Our lumpsum price for the above mentioned scope of work shall be:
Rs. 4, 55,000 / MT (Rupees Four Lacs Fifty Five thousand only)

3.2 Payment Terms:

I. 30% of the contract value for crane mobilization
II. 60% against work progress
III. 10% after work completion
4.0 General Terms and Conditions:
4.1 Responsibilities & Facilities to be provided by M/s SIL at plant:
The following other facilities are to be arranged / provided by you free of cost.
a) Uninterrupted Electric power supplies work place.
b) Drinking Water facility at work site.
c) All required steel scrap, wooden planks, sleepers, bamboo’s etc. to the needed quantity
to be provided at free of cost.
d) Soling / necessary arrangement for big crane movement shall be done by you at free of
cost.
e) All required drawings / documentation / guidance for carrying out the dismantling work
4.2 M/s Anand Engg. Works Scope:

a) Supply of required Supervisor, and Workmen to carryout the above scope of work shall
be arranged by us
b) Supply of Required plant & machinery , consumables to carry out the along with 1 no
Hydra crane and 1 no heavy Crane
5.0 Service Tax:
Service Tax will be charged extra as applicable
6.0 Exclusion from our scope of work:
a. Complete civil works
b. Engineering / Re-engineering works if any
c. All sort of electrical & instrument works
