Site License
All institutional subscribers qualify for a site license. Site licenses provide online access for more than one viewing of content at a time
via IP addresses. A site license subscription authorizes use at a localized site. A “site” is an organizational unit, and may be academic
or corporate.

For organizations located in more than one city, each city office is a separate site. For organizations within the same city that are
administered independently, each office is a separate site. For example, each campus in the State University of New York system is a
separate site, and each branch or office of Merck is a separate site.

Payments
All subscription rates shown are in US dollars. Payment must also be made in US dollars. Payment methods accepted are credit card,
checks, and wire transfers. ASCO Federal Tax ID number is 13-6180380.

Claims
Electronic back issues are available through our online journal archives. Printed copies of back issues are available for purchase at the
single-issue rates. All orders must be made through ASCO Customer Service and prepaid in US dollars.

Printed replacement issues are available free of charge for up to three requests if request is received within 3 months of the mail date.
Replacement issues claimed beyond the 3-month limit must be prepaid at the single-issue rates.
