A versatile, reliable, dedicated and a professional Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Department Document Controller with a proven track record of being a difference maker,
seeking to kick start a career in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Capable of
delivering at the highest level, with the ability to produce consistently high standard of work. An
effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and a born ability to engage and liaison
with a broad range of individuals from various backgrounds. My professional experience to date

Working in line with the QA/QC, Planning and Quantity Surveying


departments as well as the entire project team for all projects
documentation requirements.

Accelerated project close-outs and meeting handover deadlines by


instilling strict quality checks across departments to prevent backlogs of
unapproved materials which ultimately delays projects and heaps cost.

Slashed project cost on wastages by implementing easy, fast and


accessible documents electronically, hence reducing the culture of
overreliance of paper documents which contributes most of the cost of
stationeries.

Deals and interact with suppliers and subcontractors by giving them


technical guidance on materials and services in compliance to contract or
project specifications.

Preparing pre-qualifications in order to get approvals of Sub-contractors


from consultants, as well as preparing and arranging Material Inspection
requests in accordance to contract specifications and project requirements.

Slashed project manpower cost by often playing the utility role across all
departments, thus from administration to project execution.

PERSONAL / PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS AND LANDMARKS


 South Airfield Development and Rehabilitation Construction Package, an AED
600million Abu Dhabi Airport Project (2013); which included overseeing 20,000 plus
inspection requests submittals, tracking and closing outs for contract claims, the highest
in the history of the company at that time.

 Construction of Utility Works – Phase 1 Tawazun Industrial Park (2016); Very
resourceful in setting the pace for project kick-off and operations. This includes but not
limited to mobilizing the site, solely handling procedures and permission to obtain passes
to work in that area which is a military zone and requires strict procedures. Acted in the
capacity as QC in the initial stages of the project throughout the first quarter of the
project.
 YAS South Development – Infrastructure, Public Realm, Car Park “Shell and Core” and
Dry Stack (Boat Storage Facility) (2017); overseeing overall document control and
managing documents while supervising deputy document controllers in what happens to
the biggest contract in the history in of the company in terms of value. Acted as the
QA/QC and support to the Planning manager during the mobilization stages.
 Part of a 3 member team who created a system to maintain accurate and current data of
employees which is able to capture and eliminate ghost names from the organization’s
payroll at Accra Metro Assembly through SPSS administration.
