Rationale/Reflection of previous practice During last semester my class teacher and my school teacher
commented on my teaching. In this semester, I will focus on two goals to improve my teaching. First, I
need to improve my lesson plan I need to be more organized in my lesson plan. I need to differentiate
between different abilities of students to do for them activity. The second thing that I need to improve is
that to give students direction before they go to the tables and get communicated with them.
