BanKonzult Energy Ltd. manufactures and services elec-
tric machines. The manufacturing activity takes place in
producing 1650–3300 kW output wind turbines and
400–500 kW output railway traction motors, as part of
the supply chain. Our service activities branch out into
the diagnostics, maintenance, repair, renovation and
other related tasks for transformers, electric motors and
generators.
BanKonzult Energy Ltd. looks back on a professional
history of more than 40 years. In 1963, Hungary’s lead-
ing petrochemical enterprise, the Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát
created an increased demand for our electrical machine
repair tasks. For the giant of the Hungarian chemical
industry, very strict technical requirements along with
in the line of craftsmanlike repair and maintenance
evolved a professional culture on the high-tech quality.
Three years spent in the organization of the world’s
largest manufacturer of electrical machinery and ap-
paratus (ABB – Asea Brown Boveri) brought additional
quality and technical advances for the workshop. By
combining the areas of activity, resources could be re-
deployed in 2007, and the BanKonzult Energy Ltd man-
agement took over the transformer factory.

The Pintér Works was founded as a private enterprise in
1978, situated in the small town (pop. approx. 10,000) of
Kecel, between the Danube and Tisza. It is the only compa-
