1. Choose and describe an aspect from a teaching competency that you need to work on (Goal) : I need to
use checklist to assess my student in the centres while they are Woking.
2. I need to focus more in my questions when I ask the students .

3. Describe what you will do to help achieve your goal (Strategies Used). I will use different types of
questions and I will use checklist to assess the student when they are working in the centres and observe
them when they are working .

4. Describe how you can tell if you’re achieving your goal (Evidence). I will see the level of each child .

part.

Circle time : song about body part.

Activity 1 : Flash cards of the body parts.

Activity 2 : human body pic with separate body part .

Activity3 : body part pic and colors.

Activity 4 : pic of human body and body parts pic.

Introduction (warmer activity + teacher active engagement)

Circle time : Greeting the students and ask them about the weather and the day and the date . remind them
the rules of the classroom .
Time: 15 min

Read for them story and ask them questions about the story .

Independent Experience (small group activity 1)

T : I will give each child in the group small flash cards with separated body parts.

S : They will paste the body parts.


Independent Experience (small group activity 2)

T: I will give each child in the group human body pic.

S: they will cut the body part and stick it on the human body part pic.

Independent Experience (small group activity 3)

T : I will give each child in the group one pic of the body parts.

S : They will colour the body part.

Activity 4 : I will give each child in the group one pic of the human and next to it pic of body parts .

S: they will match each of the human body with the body part.

Gather the children again on the carpet and ask them what did they learn today?
