I N F O R M A T I O N

The undersigned Prosecutor I of Iligan City accuses Harry Potter of the Crime
of VIOLATION OF SEC. 5, ARTICLE II OF RA. 9165, committed as follows:

That on or about the 11th day of April 2017, in the City of

Iligan, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused, a minor, 16 year old,
who acted with discernment, without having been authorized by
law, did then and there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously
sell, trade, administer, dispense, deliver, give away to another,
distribute, dispatch in transit or transport of 0.10 grams of
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, a dangerous drug commonly known as
"shabu", in violation of the above-cited law.

Contrary to and in violation of Sec. 5, Article II of Republic Act.

9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Drugs Act of 2002.
