NOTE: This is an initial draft, to be updated in the future.

Chicano Park is a political, anti-American, La Raza park, where the City uses taxpayer’s money to
promote Chicano ultra-nationalism and communism, in order to appease certain radical elements in the
Hispanic community. Below is an exchange of letters between an attorney and the City attorney about
two “Patriot Picnic” events that took place at this extremist political park. In the first Patriot Picnic on
September 3, 2017 a group of five people came to the park to have lunch, view the political murals and
discuss them privately. Leftist fanatics found out about it via subterfuge. They initiated a defamatory
campaign against the five, branding them white supremacists and Nazis. A mob of 500 threatening
violence forced them to leave the park under police protection.

In the second event on February 3,, 2018, about 60-70 patriots came to the park simply to fly the
American flag for a couple of hours. Another crowd of about 600 people occupied the park to deny the
patriots access to the main part of the park.
The City Attorney did not make a direct response to the letter, but instead just released a defamatory
statement to one media outlet that branded the protesters as a “hate group.”
This is the second letter to the San Diego City Attorney by our attorney. In response to our attorney's
first letter, regarding the violation of our civil rights at Chicano Park, the City Attorney, Mara Elliott did
not respond directly. Instead she released a purely political statement to the media that pandered to
extremist supporters of the park and implied that we are a "hate group." She did not address the legal
issues at all.
