URGENT PETITION TO POST BAIL BOND

Petitioner, Paul E. Cadiogan and Romar U. Arriba unto this Honorable
Court, most respectfully avers that:

1. Herein Petitioners are the respondents in Investigation sheet XI-

02-INQ-18-D-0864

2. Petitioners are currently detained at Davao City Police Station 6

Bunawan, Davao City for the with the crime of violation P.D. 705 and
has been behind bars since April 14, 2018.

3. The initial bail bond recommended for his temporary release is

THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 30,000.00) EACH.

4. There is no probability of flight if the undersigned are released on

bail; and the undersigned have no previous criminal conviction;

5. That the undersigned are exercising their right to bail and for his
temporary liberty under Rule 114 Section of Revised Rules on Criminal
Procedure.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that the accused be allowed to post bail for his temporary
liberty pending trial of the criminal case against him

Herein Respondents Cadiogan and Arriba further prays for such other relief
that may be granted by the Honorable Court and that the undersigned be
allowed to post bail
