1. SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
1.1 General
The LOAD OUT SYSTEM can be freely arranged for any kinds of ship.
All lifting cylinders of the rail transporters are divided into four hydraulic groups (Load Distribution System –
See below). For the special case, three (3) hydraulic groups can be selected as well.
The load of the ship / loads thus rest on the four-points
four points resulting in equal loads for individual cylinders

each hydraulic group. The advantage of the hydraulic system in four (4) hydraulic groups is that one side
overload cannot happen in the whole bottom of the ship as well as in a single rail transporter or cylinder in
each group.

For safe transportation of the ship, it is assured that the center of gravity (C.O.G) point remains inside the
safety zone which is formed by equal lifting process of the four hydraulic groups.
Optionally our LOAD OUT SYSTEM can be split into two (2) or more smaller systems using additional remote
controllers, or the capacity of this system can be increased by simply adding more rail transporters.

Drive motor is flanged by means of bolting on a welded adapter flange to a bogie. Hydraulically each motor is
connected by means of hydraulic high pressure pipes and hoses from integrated power pack. The drive
system receives hydraulic oil via load sensing controlled proportional valves from pumps for smooth control by
joystick at the remote controller.
The LOAD OUT SYSTEM can be operated by wire and/or wireless remote control system. All operations are
controlled on the remote control system at once and individual controls are possible in the control panel at
the engine side. Operator can operate and control a single unit as well as multiple units. Our basic remote
control system is designed to control up to 150 RTPs.
Receiver
The Rail Transporters have an integrated turning system to change driving direction from longitudinal to
transversal drive and vice versa. All bogies are activated by a remote control and turn simultaneously.
A control panel at the side board of the equipment is available for maintenance purposes as well.

In each hydraulic group, RTPs are connected by hydraulic hoses for lifting, driving and brake.
The hydraulic hoses are fitted with the automatic closing flat-face
flat couplings (quick
uick couplers). These couplings
are connected with the coupling pieces on the hydraulic blocks in RTPs. The pressure-free
pressure mode can make
coupling possible without any problems of leak and loss of oil.
Couplings can be connected easily and efficiently shortening the coupling time.
While operating
ating on straight fixed ground, the process of hydraulic grouping is not required in our system,
allowing even faster arrangement of the equipment under the ship / ship block or loads.
2. TECHNICAL DATA
Consist of: 20 Sets of 420 ton Rail Transporter Drive Unit (Model RTP 420.04.02T)
with Integrated Power Pack and Turning System
LOAD OUT SYSTEM dead weight (Rail Transporter): approx. 360 ton
Payload (Ship weight): max. 8,000 ton
Trestle / Supporter weight: max. 400 ton
Total lifting capacity: max. 8,400 ton
Axle load: 80 axles approx. 109.5 ton
The drive unit consists of two (2) bogies and one (1) link beam with hydraulic cylinders. The drive unit is
equipped with two (2) hydraulic drive axles, two (2) idle axles, integrated power pack with turning system.
Each bogie is composed of four (4) wheels and two (2) shafts. The lifting cylinder is mounted at the center of
the bogie to control the height of the link beam.
3. OTHERS
The trestles are manufactured of steel and have all identical dimensions. They are designed to carry a load of
max. 420 ton each and are dimensioned to stand safely on the ground / platform and shaped to rest on and
to be transported by Rail Transporter.
