5. Primary interaction pattern: The primary interaction pattern that would best fit this
activity would be aggregate. Aggregate would best fit this activity because the participants
are each working on something individually but are in a group with other people around
them. Each person is making jewelry while in a group with other people all doing the same
thing.
6. Adaptation: A disability group that this activity could be adapted to is Parkinson’s disease.
An adaptation that could be made to this activity is to provide didn’t sizes beads and different
string. Providing bigger sized beads will make it easier for people with Parkinson’s disease
to place them on the string. This will help them make the bracelet or necklace easier.
Another adaptation that could be made to this activity is to not put a time limit because these
patients may take longer to make their jewelry compared to someone who does not have a
disability. Another adaptation to make is to make sure each person has a well-supported
chair to help with their posture instability.
