ICM GHANA SMART GOAL FOR 2008

GOALS:
1. During the coming year we plan to reach all the 10 Political Regions of Ghana with ONE major
training conference in each Region. We will however strengthen as well as resource up to 20 CLI
teachers to do one follow up teaching each month.

2. We will also seek to do four Conferences in our Tertiary Institutions focusing on our priority area “Sex
and Morality” with the aim to help curb the rise promiscuity and the spread of HIV & AIDS in our
Colleges.

3. To increase and train our teaching teams from 15 currently to fifty (35) CLI (World Teach) Trainers
who will be teaching throughout Ghana, either on denominational or representational arrangement.

4. We will initiate a block training program on specialize courses in 2008. We are targeting a total of 30
students who will complete eight courses designed after the four Strategic areas (below). This project
will lead to award of Certificate in Ministry by ICM Seminary in Kenya. It is a joint pilot project with
ICM Kenya. Participating Students will come to one location for 6 days teaching every quarter.

5. To measure the progress of the 2008 plans we will focus on the following metrics:

- No of Pastors attending Training and Teaching Conference and the denominations they
represent (this will help us to know how much influence we are making on those
denominations in terms of teaching)
- How many were able to teach the Course in their Church.
- How many Workbooks were purchased after three months of teaching the course.
- What live change reports we receive at the end of every training and thereafter.
- To fulfill the above we have design a report form for collecting the data.

CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (CLI)

CERTIFICATE IN MINISTRY PROGRAM

ICM will run a course for One Year. The Course of 10 CORE SUBJECTS to be taken in full by every
registered student before awarded with the Certificate.

At the end of the year a student will write a REPORT of practical impact on their lives and ministry by the
training. At least be able to teach one of that before coming to the next Course.

The GOAL of ICM Ghana is to start this Program by May 2008 and finishing in February 2008 when all the
preparations are in place

We intend to this in partnership with ICM Kenya, and hope to develop this further.
