In line with this vision, GhanaPost under the Ministry of Communication has successfully procured and deployed the National Digital Property Address ‘System (NDPAS) and the associated GhanaPost GPS app. The President succesfully launched the NDPAS on 18th October, 2017. ‘The NDPAS is a national database system that relies on surveyed data from Lands Commission ‘and the Latitude and Longitudes to wenerste postcodes and addresses for every 5xSm landed property in Ghana. Under this system, 16.1 billion addresses have been generated for the country. Each digital address has a maximum number of 1 alpha-numeric characters which reflects the region, district, post eode and « unique address.
