INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

 How is the work environment?

“It is definitely stressful at times, and neurologists do have to deal with long irregular hours as well as calls when they are at
home, so it is a pretty hectic environment.
 What qualities do you think that a good neurologist/neurosurgeon should have?
“One main thing, perseverance. People in this particular field must persevere to keep going because someone needs their
help.”
 What is the hardest part of your job?
“After a patient is diagnosed with a disorder or tumor, they will most likely need to have surgery. Seeing a patient suffer after
surgery or not get better after surgery is the hardest part of my job. It breaks my heart every single time.”
