Part one- warm up/ dynamic stretching

2 Minutes: Bow in

● 2 Punches with Tae-Kwon X10

Low-middle-high

4 Minutes:Low block introduction

Naming blocks drill- Are Maki, Changquan Jirugi

3 Minutes: Low block punch marching

5 Minutes: 4 part kick drill

Introduce- stand on tiptoes= striking surface
Cues: 1 Chamber, 2 strike, 3 Rechamber, 4 Reset

4 minutes: Line kicks Ap chagi


Both coaches hold paddles

Groups will be decided by splitting the lines in half


from left to right.

Start with 2 kick
