Eaton High School Wrestling Practice Date:​ Monday 12 February 2018


#55 Time:​ 4:00-6:00 (2 hrs.)
Equipment:​ Wrestling Shoes, Headgear Place:​ EHS Wrestling Room
Number of Athletes: ​24 Age/Level: ​14-19/High School

Practice Objective: ​Review previously taught skills, Increase motivation, provide individual
feedback

5:15 - Situation Live Wrestling: *Previous


5:25 Cues
Wrestlers will get into groups of
10 three and number off 1-3( 1 and Keep the
