Ingredients: Directions:
3 cups all-purpose flour Preheat oven to 375 F and grease muffin tin.
Whisk together the flour, poppy seeds,
2 tablespoon of Bear Hug Honey baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a seperate bowl, whisk the yogurt and
1/2 cup sugar eggs until smooth.

stir. Add in melted butter and honey and stir

again.
11/2 cups yogurt Pour batter into muffin pan and bake for
2 tablespoons lemon juice 20-25 minutes.
When golden brown, remove muffins from
2 large eggs
oven and let cool.
