On 1/31/18, I had repaired aDell computer for anti viruses 4525897 serial number and
11154892 model number at Best buy at Independence Blvd located at 1100 retail rd, Charlotte ,
NC 23212.

Unfortunately, your service has not performed well instead now my computer screen is not
displaying also giving the same problem. I am disappointed because first I came for one
problem to clean my computer but instead of cleaning it you all gave me additional problem with
my screen which was just working fine before I gave it to you all.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your team to either repair ,my computer screen just
the way it was and return my money back. I do not want any service or anti viruses from you all.
Enclosed are copies of my records that includes the receipts and the problem detected first
which has no record of the new problem that gave after your team said it was solved.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until friday feb 16
before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or Better Business Bureau. Please

Is Social media for Business?

Social media is one of the biggest things in today’s world for everything to stay

connected with friends and family, study, do homework, get information, sell small items to

more significant like also on doing large business online to promotion.

Social media for business is the excellent tool.

Business never gets promoted if the buyer’s don’t get to see what the business consumers

want as of long time people used to go door to door or there was the only couple of stores and

the locals only purchased from those alone. As business started to expand the ways business

should be done got better as well, and it is with the help of social media (Siddharth Rajsekar).

Ever since Social media came up, there is always good and evil in that package. A particular

media expert and speaker from India say that Social media is a real platform for business with

engagement for any venture irrespective of the industries (Siddharth Rajsekar). He explains from

the time when social media was not there in the digital world and is merely used but as it went to

the high level of using it. While using a social media as a tool for business one should keep these

four steps in mind Strategize, Optimize, Socialize, Monetize.

Social media has become one of the essential tools for the business this day without an

account of Social press there is no way of getting the community to get involved in the industry

because only with the help of the social media the city can be built up. the first thing to get in

Social media is an excellent tool in this 21 century for everything to build the

relationship, stay connected with families and friends, know the places, and learn online and

even to make money online.

It is always good and bad about social media the good can turn to best if the aids to keep

the online business is appropriately used and secured but if it does not care about it can get

hacked or crash the market. Since the use of social media is growing it is always good to use

with all the help one can get to prosper in business. Social media today is one of the first things

people look at to search for anything they want.
