¿Deseas que te amen?
Nunca pierdas, entonces, el rumbo de tu
corazón.
Sólo aquello que eres has de ser,
y aquello que simulas, jamás serás.
Así, en el mundo, tu modo sutil,
tu gracia, tu bellísimo ser,
serán objeto de elogio sin fin
y el amor un sencillo deber.
Interpretación:
Hay que dejarse llevar por lo que nos dice el
corazón.
que nos mostremos tal cual somos,
que quitemos todas nuestras capas y nos
mostremos desnudos hacia los demás.
Siendo uno mismo, lo mejor de nosotros
aparecerá
surgirá nuestra belleza interior,
algo que los demás valorarán.
Cuando sabemos quiénes somos, el amor es algo
que llega de una manera natural, algo que debe
aparecer de una manera sencilla.
Thou wouldst be loved?
then let thy heart from its present pathway part
not!
Being everything which now thou art,
Be nothing which thou art not.
So with the world thy gentle ways,
Thy grace, thy more than beauty,
Shall be an endless theme of praise,
And love - a simple duty.
Interpretation:
We must be carried away by what the heart tells
us.
That we show ourselves as we are,
That we remove all our layers and show
ourselves naked to others.
Being yourself, the best of us will appear
Our inner beauty will arise,
Something that others will value.
When we know who we are, love is something
that comes naturally, something that should
appear in a simple way.
