Before the function & rest immediately after the function.
Please note that we can assist you for arranging the same & fee is Rs 10200.License
fee has to be paid in cash well in advance. and Corkage Charges Per Bottle 500+ Tax

Only Whisky allowed from outside, should be authorized for sale in Punjab to be
used in functions. Whisky not to be used of CSD Canteen & Duty free.
In order to avoid inconvenience to you and maintain the premises in perfect condition for
your future functions we would like to bring to your notice the following points:
1. You are requested to appoint your representative, the coordinator who shall liase
with our Banquet manager before; during and after the function.
2. The cost of food is charged per plate and not per person. The modalities of plate
counting can be agreed with us in advance where by we can appoint joint monitors
to control the number of empty plates delivered to food counters. Intially the
minimum number will be placed and then in units of 25 as authorised from time to
time by your coordinator.
3. The minimum capacity guaranteed by you will be charged in full and any shortfall to
the minimum quantity will not attract any discount.
4. There is no discount for children.
5. The taxes reffered to above is valid as per current date and any variation of these or
the imposition of any tax, levy or duty by any authority shall be to your cost.
6. We shall allow a maximum of one hour after the expiry of the time booked for the
function to close and all guests to depart from the venue.
7. The hall will be handed over to you at the appointed time.
8. Any decorations beyond that agreed will be at the sole discretion of the
management.
9. We do not allow:
Bands, Lights, Crackers, Bridegroom’ mare and ceremony thereof beyond
predetermined hotel gate.
Blocking of traffic on the road, entrance and exit gate
Marigold flowers and Paan inside the hotel.
Banners on the grill / main entrance of the hotel.
Live music, dance or otherwise beyond 2200 hrs.
Food or Beverage from outside the hotel.
Power consumption in the hall till 04KV over this will be charged extra @ Rs.
30 per unit per hour.
We don not allow generator from out side.
Wiring done need to be approved through our chief Engineer.
10. In case of uninterrupted power supply the charges will be
Rs. 7000+taxes per hour for UPS backup. Please let us know the
Requirement in advance.
11. Any loss / damage / theft / misbehavior leading to breaking the law of the land and
state will be redeemed from you.
