Students are members of families themselves and are familiar with terms and concepts taught
in pervious lessons.

SET INDUCTION
Teacher asks students to put away all books and take out a pencil.

SECTIONAL REVIEW
Stronger students completed the crossword puzzle in less than 10 minutes. Slower students,
however, took all of the 20 mins to complete. May consider a longer or more challenging puzzle
for stronger students.
CLOSURE
3 – 5 mins.

Students supply correct answers to each puzzle clue, and make corrections c. (Affective)
where necessary.
Teacher re-collects all crossword puzzles to second mark and record grades
8 – 10 mins.
The assessment went as planned and completed within the allotted period.
