Festival Multiple Journalism: Innovative Storytelling on the 29th of March

Dear speaker,

Multiple Journalism (MJ) and publisher VersPers are hosting a festival on

innovative storytelling on the 29th of March for approximately 150 online media
professionals. The festival will take place in Amsterdam. We are glad to welcome
you.

Multiplejournalism.org is an online stage of innovative projects worldwide.

Festival Multiple Journalism can be considered as a pop-up store where
innovators in the creative industry can share their knowledge. The festival
focuses on sharing excellent visual online practices aimed at qualitatively better
and innovative storytelling.

Multiple Journalism (MJ) started in 2013 as a small research project that collects,
discusses and shares new tools in journalism to inspire (young) journalists and
other storytellers. Today, it’s an active online field guide for independent
storytellers that shows the best initiatives in the field of innovation.

Currently innovations in journalism are taking place in all parts of the world. Due
to the initiative of the Dutch documentary maker Bregtje van der Haak, we have
been collecting a lot of these innovative projects to share on
multiplejournalism.org.

VersPers is a platform specialized in training, creating and inventing innovations

in journalism. At VersPers the boundaries of journalism are sought, creative
thinking techniques as a mean to help editors to create productions that are not
necessarily classic journalism but at the core tell the journalistic story.

MJ and VersPers believe that media makers in the digital world are forced to
collaborate with professionals from other creative design sectors. Worldwide,
excellent crossovers have been realized in which different disciplines join forces.
We would like to share this knowledge with others in our field. That’s why we’re
happy to welcome you on the 29th of this month in the A Lab in Amsterdam
(www.a-lab.nl).
