Criteria for Speaking Activity

Title of Activity: Using flash card (flash card)

Purpose: - To introduce new vocabulary and structures


- To the understanding of new concepts
- To devolve social skills
- Brain building exercises
- To provide controlled practice where pupils are
focusing on producing the correct grammatical form
and pronunciation.

Grade \ level Grade 3

Context: Speaking (Words and sounds)

Students will:
Instructions: 1. Sit in the groups
2. Each group has one flash card
3. One student should read the word and discuss with the whole group
about the word (long o )
4. The flash card moves around the group, and each child should speak
about that word.
Justification:
This speaking activity is suitable for grade three, it develops their
speaking skill and to introduce a new vocabulary also to understand
new concepts about the word which is a long (o). Also good for brain
building exercises. Also, develop social skill. The children in this
activity will speak to each other about the flash card, According to
Brewster, "This activity is usually developed social skills." This activity
is also can improve student's skills in reading; we can use the same
activity to make the children speak about any things like animals or
colors. All the skills will get improved through one activity. At the end
of this activity, students will feel confident while they speak about the
word and understand the word and know how to say it.
