Criteria for Speaking Activity

Title of Activity: Dialogues and role-play

Purpose: - Enhance one's development and self-confidence.


- Improve communication skills.
- Memories animals names
- To provide fluency practice
- Check the output words correctly

Grade \ level Grade 3

Students will:
Instructions:
1. Each child puts a crown on their head.
2. Other child says what the animal on the crown is.
3. The child who wears the crown should not see the picture at the crown.
4. They work in pairs.

Justification: This speaking activity is suitable for grade three; it develops their speaking skills.
Also, the teacher can check the output words of the students correctly. It
improves communication between the students, also focuses on animals names
and memories it. According to Brewster. This activity can improve student's skills
in speaking and listening .we can use the same activity to make the children
speak about the animals they already know about it. All the skills will get
improved through one activity. At the end of this activity, students will feel
confident while they speak about new animals.
