Criteria for Listening/Speaking Activity

Title of Activity: Listen and label ( worksheet)

Purpose: - Listening to develop reading and writing skills or to


develop concepts.
- Listening to physical settle pupils.
- Listening to encourage mental activity and problem-
solving.

Students will:
Instructions: 1. Listen to the audio and repeat the new words.
2. Label the correct word in the correct place.
3. Answer in the board with the teacher.
4. Check their answer

Justification:
This listening activity is suitable for grade four, it develops their listening and
writing skills. The children in this activity will listen to the audio and write the
bone’s name in the correct places to identify the names of their bones. This
activity is also can improve student's skills in speaking and writing, we can use
the same activity to make the children speak about the bones that they can feel it
in their body, write the name of the bone in correct place in the picture according
to the audio. All the skills will get improved through one activity. At the end of
this activity, students will feel confident while they speak about the they body
parts and specially the bones that they listen to, and write in front of their
classmates.
