1.0 Site Inspection and Test Plan

1.1 Scope

This Site Inspection and Test Plan is an engineering document, which described
the inspection and tests to be performed.
The Inspection is performed in accordance with Owner specification requirements and
specified codes & standards.

1.2 Composition

The Site Inspection and Test Plan is defined as below :

- The List of Inspection and Test
- The Installation of Main Equipment to be Inspected and Tested
- The Reference to Standards and Specifications for Installation and Testing.

2.0 Acceptance Conditions

2.1 The Installation of equipments and materials to be inspected and tested in

confirmation of the conditions specified in the Plan.
Each operation refers to the whole or part of a standard, a technical specification
and a regulation.

2.2 Detailed Legend of inspection and test activities

R : Report Review Point / Doosan is required to prepare a certificate or document

attesting to the satisfactory performance of the related test or inspection for
review and approval of OWNER.

SW : Spot Witness Point / Doosan does not send a notification to OWNER

except for the first operation on the basis of each process.
OWNER could check the operation, if he is present at site during the
inspection of Doosan.

W : Witness Point / Doosan shall send a notification to OWNER one (1) day in
advance to perform the test or inspection.
If OWNER fails to be present, the test or inspection may be carried out by
Doosan without witness of OWNER.

H : Hold Point / Downstream operation of Installation activities shall not proceed

without attendance or any written approval of OWNER.

3.0 Notification for inspection and test

3.1 Notification for inspection will be issued by Doosan in written letter or E-mail at least
one (1) days in advance, when the Installation work is ready for inspection or test.

3.2 Notification will contain as a minimum of the following details :

- Date of Inspection
- Inspection place
- Contact person
- Inspection and Test Plan No. and Inspection process
- Installation work to be Inspected
