Dear Sulistyowati,

Further to our correspondence, please find below our proposal for the supply of 3D Laser Scanning
and Modelling services for the Petronas Bukit Tua Wellhead Platform.

1.0 SCOPE OF WORK

The scope can be summarized as follows:

• Mobilization and Demobilization


• 3D Laser scanning of the three (3) nominated areas:of one (1) Wellhead Platform
1. Area-A (Sugar Storage Syrup)
2. Area-B (Filling Line Installation Area)
3. Area-C (Low Press Compressor)
• Supply 3D Primitive AutoCAD models

• Supply 2D drawings outlining dimensional outlines of structures and equipment

2.0 IMPLEMENTATION

A detailed listing of Hardware and Software to be used on the project are as follows:
2.1 Hardware & Software
• 1 x Z+F Imager 5006 Laser Scanner
• 1 x Leica 1203 Total Station
• Miscellaneous surveying equipment
• 3 × notebook computers (site)
• 1 x License LFM Modeller/Register
• 1 x Terramodel (Surveying & Engineering)

2.2 Site Laser Scanning

The site laser scanning is estimated to take 2 to 3 days to complete with the total number of
scans to capture as follows:

Area-A : 24 scans
Area-B : 16 scans
Area C : 12 scans

2.3 3D Modelling

3D modelling of the laser scan data will be utilising the propriatery LFM modellong software to convert
all point data into 3D shapes. The resultant 3D models will then be exported as 3D primitive AutoCAD
deliverables.

The resultant 3D AutoCAD models will then be utilised to create the required 2D drawing extractions
as specified in the scope of work.

The total time required for modelling and 2D extraction shall be : 350 man hours

3.0 PERSONNEL

We shall provide names of appropriate personnel once a start date has been advised for the
offshore laser scanning requirement.

4.0 SCHEDULE

The following time schedule would be applicable for execution of the project:
Laser Scanning (Offshore)
• Prepare and Issue Contract = 1 x week
• 3D Laser Scanning = 2-3 days
• 3D Modelling & 2D extraction = 2 x weeks

5.0 DELIVERABLES

The specified deliverable for the project shall be as follows:

• 3D primitive model (AutoCAD)


• 2D drawings extraction

6.0 COMMERICAL DETAILS


6.1 Fixed Price with Breakdown
A fixed price of IDR107,976,000 (Indonesian Rupiah – One Hundred Seven Million Nine
Hundred Seventy Six Thousand).

7.0 STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SURVEYING SERVICES

1. Point of hire is Jakarta unless stated otherwise.


2. All rates quoted are Indonesian Rupiah.
3. Rates quoted are inclusive of personnel income tax and company withholding tax but
exclusive of value added tax.
4. Standard work hours per day is twelve (12)
5. Allowance has been made for one time only mobilisation and demobilisation of field survey
personnel from point of hire to project location to complete this project.
6. All necessary travel clearances and permits for entry and access to the relevant Works
Area are the responsibility of the Client. This includes issuing of Hot-Work Permit for
scanning equipment should this be necessary. Delay in the issuing of these permits may
initiate a Standby claim.
7. Provision of scaffolding or elevated work platforms (if required), and removal of gratings,
insulation etc from pipes (if required), remains the responsibility of the Client.
8. The Client will provide necessary Safety Inductions and clearances for Surtech personnel
upon arrival at the facility prior to the commencement of the field survey.
9. Surtech will provide each employee with standard PPE including Nomex overalls, safety
boots, safety helmets, safety glasses and ear plugs.
10. This proposal shall remain valid for a period of Thirty (30) days from date of submission.
11. Payments for invoices submitted shall be thirty (30) days from date of invoice submission.
12. All other terms and conditions as part of the standard work agreement shall be agreed
upon by both parties before signing of the contract.
