Technical feasibility step is to confirm that the product will perform and to verify
that there are no production barriers. In this case the agency won’t have any problems
to the system if they have equipment like in the following:
With the given specifications the software to develop can operate smoothly and
faster from the desktop computer. The study shows that the Chives Café and Patisserie
is technically visible for having desktop computer for their workstation.

HARDWARE COST
Desktop PC 20,000
Printer 3,000
Total: 23,000
The estimated cost the table shows above doesn’t have any problems in the
ChiVes Café and Patisserie because they already have the equipment and
specifications to run the system we are going to develop.
The table below shows the comparison between the existing system and the
proposed system:

Operational Feasibility
Operational feasibility is a measure of how well a proposed system solves the
problems, and takes advantage of the opportunities identified during scope definition
and how it satisfies the requirements identified in the requirements analysis phase of
system development. To have a successful institution is to have a new better way of
recording transaction. The “ChiVes Café and Patisserie Ordering System” can be use
by the staffs and manager.
The manager of Chives wants to have a new system that will help him to lessen
his time of doing paper works from recording data from the log book and transfer it from
spreadsheet. By having an automatically recording transaction will lessen the time to
make a report.
The system is intended to be used by person who has such sufficient or basic
knowledge about computer. The operational feasibility study showed that the system is
operational feasible for the ChiVes Café and Patisserie’s staffs and manager.
The table above shows that the staffs of Chives Café and Patisserie know how to
use and operate a computer. The developers don’t have much problems to train the
staffs on how to use the system because of their sufficient or basic knowledge about the
computer.
