¿Qué hacer?
Es importante un acompañamiento
constante, si llegar a hostigar,
cerciorándose de una correcta
alimentación. Y llegado el caso,
buscar ayuda profesional, tanto para
su cuerpo como su mente que ayude
a reforzar su seguridad frente a su
identidad e inculcar una educación
basada en la no violencia 3.
 CONSUMO DE
DROGAS
¿Por qué son los adolescentes propensos al consumo de sustancias
psicoactivas?
Al ser la adolescencia una etapa de crisis y sufrimiento, los chicos se ven
en la necesidad de buscar alternativas para mitigar este dolor: consumo
de alcohol y drogas

- Los chicos desean desprenderse totalmente de sus padres y por eso

buscan actividades que puedan ‘’controlar’’ aunque esto signifique
arriesgarse a depender completamente de ellos

¿Qué hacer?
-Es importante fortalecer la confianza del adolescente consigo mismo y
con el mundo
-Generar en el hogar un ambiente de armonía, donde los padres cumplan
sus roles de cuidadores, educadores y sean fuente de afecto. Cuidando
siempre de dar un espacio prudencial al joven para que este decida sobre
lo que desea. 4.
