humble plea regarding my delayed payment for my tuition fee amounting to (amount ng dapat bayaran).

My reason for the said delay is primarily financial constraint. Nevertheless, I acknowledge my
responsibilities and duties to abide by the rules of this institution, and promise to pay my balance in
January 25, 2018.

I truly admire the sturdy foundation of our school and recognize the financial stability it must maintain.
Hence, I write this letter in sincere humbleness that you may consider my request so I can fulfill my dream
of finishing my degree.
