Launching L&D!
This document details the opportunity of launching L&D at Oasis Travel in
style. The idea is to bring everyone together for an inspirational inauguration to
create the buy-in to become a learning organization. Following this, an LNA
process will be initiated setting the focus for for learning initiatives.
