Our Infrastructure practice provides consultancy services relating to demand assessment, traffic studies, entry
strategies, commercial due diligence, bid advisory and project finance across transportation sectors (roads, ports,
airports, railways, logistics, metrorail, BRTS), industrial infrastructure (SEZs, large area developments,
commercial development) and tourism.

We specialise in providing comprehensive effective solutions in overcoming the following challenges:

Prioritising sectors, locations, states, projects to pursue while entering infrastructure sectors in India
Creation of domestic and overseas partnerships to enhance capability
Assessment of cargo and passenger traffic
Suitability of a manufacturing location
Economic justification and financial feasibility for a proposed project
Risk mitigation for a proposed project
Project structuring to induct expertise and enhance value
Issues in different concession agreements
Appropriate bidding strategy, considering bankability concerns and likely competitor behaviour
Risk management in real estate and infrastructure

worked on preparation of tender documents, responding to pre-bid queries, tender evaluation etc.)

3. Must have direct experience of applying the World Banks or other donor Procurement policies and guidelines
and be able to reference examples of such experience.

4. Experience in managing transport project (road & highways/Railways/Ports & Waterways/Airport) along with
good knowledge of project planning, monitoring and management techniques

5. Excellent client management skills along with analytical and report writing skills.

The first three pointers are very crucial and should strictly be adhered to, hence I would suggest to source a
candidate who is Post Graduate with 10-12 years of experience working on large infrastructure projects as
procurement specialist and amongst all his projects atleast 1-2 projects should be World bank/ADB/JICA or any
other donor agency funded.
