To receive the fullest consideration and to avoid delays in assembling academic credentials, please follow the
guidelines below and fill in all the fields on the required forms. We strongly urge you to apply as early as
possible.
All admission documents must be officially certified and must be submitted in either English or French.

Use this checklist to ensure that you have completed all the steps of the application process. You may keep this page for your reference.
■ British educational system candidates should submit school reports from the last two years and
a minimum of three “A” level results.
■ Other educational system candidates should submit the last three years of grades and
