Rationale/Reflection of previous practice:
MCT: Last semester when Ms. Khadeja observed me in the science lesson and the topic was about seasons; she gives me feedbacks to develop
my teaching way for next time. Firstly, she suggests that I may plan for more activities that support the LO in centers because, when it's centered
time, I just prepare two activity that supports my LO while other in other areas I let children play instead of practice in lesson goal so, in next
time I will plan almost 4 activities for different areas that related to learning objective so, children will be achieving and practice the LO instated
of playing. Secondly, she proposal me to have different strategies to manage children behavior because when it’s circle there are two children
were doing misbehaving, Ahmed was talking to Saeed and disturb other and Maree was hit in friend so, I was deal with this striation by change
their place and ask them to listen to me and be behaver it’s work with Ahmed who talked but, it’s doesn’t work with Maree so, in next time, I
may apply positive behavior by encouraging children to repeat the desired behavior by praised children work also, I will use change voice levels
technic. For example, if the I lose children attention I may raise my voice so, I will be able to grip their attention easily.

Furthermore, my MST also advise me on different aspects but essential aspect I want to develop it in this semester is transitioned strategy
because when I ask children to transit from circle area to centers the children were misbehaving, running and pushing that why she told to found
out the way to move them in organizing and dripline way.
