Introduction
In business as well as in other things, it is very important to make the right decision, and to do that
we need the right information. Nowadays, there are many small and medium enterprises operating
in Danang for many years and there will be many such enterprises open in the future. So, the
government will have difficulties managing these small and medium enterprises. This report will
provide and analyze the information that the government needs to know about these businesses for
easier management. This report will cover all necessary and relevant information, include a survey
to obtain information from customers as well as an analysis of the information that the government
needs.

This report will discuss about the Money Milk Tea shop, it is very popular in Danang. As one of
the small and medium enterprises operating in Danang, the government is hardly able to closely
monitor and control the problems here. As mentioned above, this report will discuss, provide and
analyze the necessary information on the operation and problems of this milk tea shop.

1.1 Create a plan for the collection of primary and secondary data for a given business
problem
Scope of research:

 Time: Start at September 19th, end at October 23rd, 2017.


 Geography: 17 Nguyen Du and nearby.

Focus of research: The purpose of this research is to find the right management to manage small
and medium companies like Money Milk Tea.

Context of research: Danang is a large and constantly growing city, which has led to a large
number of small and medium companies opening up here. This, though, gives Danang a lot of
benefits, but it does make it difficult for the government to manage all of these companies so the
mistakes of these companies have caused many harm to the city.

Primary Data of this research: Primary Data is the data collected from the researchers
themselves through survey and other ways of investigate (drroopesh, 2013). In our research,
primary data that we collect is from customers, NGOs and other groups that related to the milk tea
shop. We spend time and directly collect information from them.

Secondary Data of this research: Secondary Data is the data comes from other sources that has
been collected from someone else for some purpose but being utilized by the investigator for
another purpose (drroopesh, 2013). In this survey, secondary data that we get is from Facebook,
Foody and newspaper.

1.2 Present the survey methodology and sampling frame used
The population and sample size in the research

Target population, also known as target audience, is the entire market of potential customers your
business identifies (Kokemuller, 2017). However, the number of such individuals is too high, so
we randomly selected 60 people from these groups to answer our surveys. In order to obtain
feedbacks and comments on the operation of the Money Milk Tea shop, we aim at the customers
of this shop and the households living near the shop.

Sampling frame

The sampling frame of this research is the customers who came to Money Milk Tea between 3p.m
to 6p.m.

Sampling method

We chose the non-random method because using that method we were able to select exactly
those stakeholders who involved in Money Milk Tea, so we were able to obtain accurate and
objective information. The activity will take from 3 PM to 6 PM and the object will be the
customers to drink milk tea at the shop at that time and nearby neighbors.

Survey method

We chose two methods for collecting information: questionnaire and interview.

Questionnaire is a set of written questions used for collecting information. Questionnaire is the
main survey method that we use. We have designed a series of questions relevant and necessary
for our purposes and then use the Household Drop-Off Survey method to bring surveys to
customers. With the Household Drop-Off Survey, customers will make their own opinions without
being influenced by anyone else and we are still guaranteed that the customers will complete the
survey.

The interview is the next survey method we use. This is an extra method that we combine with the
questionnaire. During the time the customer is doing questionnaire, we will ask some questions to
look at the customer's attitude as well as we are ready to answer the questions of the customer
about the list of questions we give, from which we can better understand the information we
collect.

1.3 Design a questionnaire for a given business problem
We design a list of relevant and necessary questions for collecting information that we will use for
future analysis. We focused on the advice of three groups of people, the customers present at the
time we did the survey, some of the staff and the people living around it. By asking many questions
for many groups of people, we can gather enough information from many perspectives to get more
accurate results.

Based on the bar chart, we can see that the customers of Money Milk Tea are mainly young people,
range from 10 to 29 years old, while older people are those who live nearby.

As mentioned above, most of the customers of this shop are young people so they are
mostly students and office workers.

Among the respondents, only one responded that he did not like milk tea but only because his
girlfriend liked it. Money Milk Tea has many flavors and different types of topping so customers
can choose according to their preferences. In addition, most of the customers were asked to buy
milk tea twice a week or more. Money Milk Tea has succeeded in capturing the trend of young
people now milk tea.

As mentioned in the above questions, customers of Money milk tea are mostly young students who
still in school age or office workers, so the price here is quite suitable with these customers.

Besides milk tea is the strength of the shop, some other kind of drinks in Money is also quite
diverse and also quite attractive to suit their customer preferences.

This question shows that only 23% of the respondents preferred the taste of the beverage here,
while the remaining 40% went to the bar because "it was milk tea" and the remaining 37% did not
appreciate the taste of the drink.

We can see, the biggest advantage of Money Tea is the spacious space of the shop, but the strange
thing is that the number of customers are not satisfied with the overall but they are still frequently
come to this shop. This is due to the longstanding reputation of the brand Money Milk Tea, also
because of the price is appropriate for students and the ease of customers when choosing a milk
tea.

garage is on the sidewalk, so parking lots here makes the sidewalk cramped so there is no place
for pedestrians to make traffic here very messy. Moreover, parking on the other side of the road
will make customers here have to go back and forth often make the traffic situation even worse.
