PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION
Proactively reviewed search rings and created multiple relocation candidates for each in SharePoint/OneVizion and
Siterra/SprintVision, for over 8,000 existing Sprint rooftop sites, contacting potential landlords for interest, coordinating site
design parameters with client’s RF Engineers, participating in A/E site walks to procure lease exhibits and validation of CD’s,
and ensuring EH&S and quality processes were established and practiced through-out the life-cycle of the program.
 Project Management: Delivered continuous project management planning and implementation of the Project
Management Plan, including fact based and verified scheduling, forecasting, and progress tracking against the baseline to
reflect the changing environment; determined root causes of any perceived deviations, and provided estimates to
completion.
 Scope Management: Mastered understanding of contract and initiated change orders to streamline SOW, to reduce
client requirements and maximize cost efficiencies with reduction in site footprint, BOM requirements (20% cost savings
per site), and system redundancies.
 Risk Management: Utilized PMI principles along with lessons learned and identified, quantified, and qualified known
risks and developed risk management plan. Successfully managed project constraints and risks.
 Procurement Management: Sourced general contractors and qualified them via Textura™, a 3rd party contractor pre-
qualification (PQM). Developed the bid packages and drafted the RFP template and the Gate Cost Comparison template in

use by the RT2RT “Havana” program. Managed vendor clarifications during RFP, and aligned final bid items to ensure
continuity amongst bidders.
 Stakeholder Management: Routinely held meetings with internal and external project stakeholders to provide status
reporting, and communication of the Project Management Plan and related processes. Maintained clear and effective
internal and external communication within the relevant project stakeholders.
 EH&S Management: Drafted company specific safety plan for the rooftop-to-rooftop relocation program and lead peer
group in implementing processes and daily overseeing of high-risk activities. Oversaw general contractor participation
in the online certification training of Lendlease’s GMR’s (Global Minimum Requirements) and issuance of SPIN (Service
Provider Identification Number), while driving the EH&S initiatives on a daily basis with the subcontractors. Utilized
Enablon’s Incident Management software to document safety observations and record incidents.
 Construction Management: Provided daily direction to remote workforce and served as construction SME for the
nationwide build. Mentored and coached construction peers, resolved conflicts, and lead weekly meetings and team
building, as a front-line leader.

Transformed the NSB Turfing program with AT&T delivering 50 of 81 planned sites, representing $15M in value before
program deferment in May 2013.
 Turnaround Management: Revamped the struggling LTE 2C/3C programs completing 260 2C sites, vs. POE of 305,
and 44 3C sites vs. POE of 88 sites, with both programs ahead of plan. The project value was over $23M.
 Collaboration: Partnered with subcontractors to save the company liquidation damages by quickly completing all past
due Third-Party Audit (TPA) corrections.
