PREPARATION OF THE GIFTS Daniel has assisted with the CCD program since he was in the 7th grade helping in the office,
class retreats and prayer services. He is a music minister, Eucharistic Minister* and altar
server. He has participated in Project Grow and the LEAF Project helping clean yards and
painting houses. He was on the Youth Ministry Core Team for three years leading prayer,
organizing events and leading small retreat groups.
*Please note that due to space constraints, the shorter form of Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion was
used throughout the biographies.

Justin has said that he is proud to be a student athlete and musician but he wants people to know
that he is a Christian and acts accordingly. He was on the Youth Ministry Core Team for three
years and helped develop the Youth Ministry schedule. He has participated in many Project Grow
programs helping to make community improvements and attended a Kentucky mission trip.

Katrina is our student liturgy planner and leader of the music ministers. In her Christian Service
course, she went into the community and served the elderly, children and the poor. She brings
joy and compassion to all those she meets. She is a member of the Celebrate team at her parish
and is the music director at St. John. She lives by the motto: “What would Jesus do?”
